Enjoy sharing your moments and Happy memories with your furbabies
This is an exclusive session just for the bride! Fun shots with maybe a few choice items that she will be using for that special day! Added with somewhat sexy photos, (not like boudoir).
There are a ton of things to do when you plan a wedding. So many thing go into planning that can make you both feel intimidated or stressed out. Timing is the most daunting factor in planning your day to make it go smoothly & know you have enough time to do all the things you dreamed of without all the worry. Stress is also not one of those things you want to have following you through the whole process of marrying to the love of your life! This is where I am there for you to help in any way I can to lessen the pressure that you need, and not worry about leading up to your special day, those precious moments during this important event, the memories that make it worth looking back knowing you have made the right choice in your photographer.
Most hire a "day of coordinator" for planning things; but there are times when they will not be there-though it is not in my job description, I tend to help whenever its needed if I am not taking a shot.
We will go over so much, spend much time up close & personal with each other, more than most of your vendors that you will work with on your special day. These moments are the most important things you will have to look back on forever. These memories will be something you can cherish, share with family and friends & even hand down to your children too one day. I will be there to capture all these moments for you. With that being said, here are things I can help you with to know the timing of your day is in good hands. I help coordinate/communicate with all your other vendors too.
Looking into how I work with you – A meeting to go over all your pre-wedding planning for the first time when signing your contract is only just the beginning with your Wedding Photography Experience. This day I hand you a folder with tons of useful information at your fingertips. Gathering as much information from the both of you that is available for your day is just a start. There are many reasons we will chat so many times, either over the phone, video chat or in person. Let me break it down for you. Giving you the break-down of the timing of your day & what you two are needing to capture. Here is a few necessary guidelines.
A- Planning the timeline to make sure you have plenty of time to capture all the needs & wants of your day. So much goes into this part since we go over ideas of photographs you want, creating a timeline to getting these shots, & providing the best lighting while I visit your venue location prior to your date, especially if I have not been there before. So I can find the best locations to get the shots you desire. I will also be watching the weather & sunset hour. (this is also a good time to let you know I am also available for your "rehearsal"). And there is no charge for this as it makes for a great way for others in your wedding party or parents to get to know me as I get familiar with them. We can also go over the areas where we can shoot certain ideas we went over during all those phone calls.
B- Planning all your visions. I reach out to you many times prior to your wedding day since your plan may change a bit & we can tweak things or confirm everything. Either video chat, skype or a phone call is ok too. Texting is also another way, but I prefer chatting. I am always here to chat if you need advice or vent or just about anything that comes to mind. You can always shoot me images through text if you like.
C- On your wedding day, I will arrived a bit early. Whether it is meeting you to shoot while you are getting ready (if you chose this option), or getting to the venue to capture some awesome shots of the special decorations and personalized items or even the guests arriving, etc. After all, I am your photographer & I photograph every aspect of your day. I go above & beyond for my couples when shooting their wedding. My heart is poured into my work as if it is my own. All through your wedding day, I am everywhere. I keep the timeline smooth & coordinate with the DJ as well as other vendors you hire to make sure things go as planned. I look out for you both, capture what your guests are doing, capture all the photos you desire, what we talked about, as well as all the candid shots that make the memories come alive when you look back on your gallery. It is like you relive your day all over again. So many things you may not have had the opportunity to see happening. I am there for you.
D- After Your Wedding Day. Here is only one of the reasons why you chose me as your photographer. Editing & highlights. I pay careful attention to the shots I take with many types of angles, lighting, in color as well as black & white images. Since I take great care of my couples in all aspects of the planning process, it is equally as important to provide you with all your moments by me. I do not hire any outside company to do any type of editing. Everything is done in my office studio by me. Your online private gallery is ready for you as early as 3 weeks during off-peak season with print release. (sooner if in the slower season, a little bit longer during peak season). Although careful planning in designing your story book album, (if you chose that option), these things may take a little longer; (depending on how long it takes for you to choose your favorites from your gallery) once its complete & you approve its design, it typically takes about 2 weeks to arrive in my studio.
All in All I want you to relax & enjoy your day! Take in all what you expected & all what you envision! Let's make your dreams come true on your wedding day just the way you imagined it!
The short breakdown of a typical timeline on how I suggest to make things run smoothly comes during our consult and several times leading up to your wedding day.. Everyone is different & each wedding is unique. Never the same as another wedding. These timelines are subject to change with every couple. This will give you any type of idea what to expect when planning your timeline for your day.
Getting Ready: Timing? about 1.5- 2.5 hrs or more depending on choices made by the couple.
Again, depending on size of wedding party. First look would need to be factored in as well.
Wedding Ceremony: Here is where all the personalization starts. I particularly want to get to the Ceremony location 1/2 hour prior to the start. At this time I can get some of the necessary shots of guests showing up, the ceremony area (this is what you may miss all together as part of your day if not covered.) These are the anticipation shots of guests & wedding party lineup. Some ceremonies are short & sweet, some are averaging 1/2 hour, then you may have addons, like lighting candle or sand ceremony or any other option you chose during this time-could be 1 hour or more with a church. Some also do a "receiving line" but can take up some time depending on the amount of guests you have attending, all the tiny chats/congratulations from them. typically 1/2 hr. (if you chose to do this)
Cocktail Hour: 1 hr typically.. Here is why we planned all those cool ideas that were tossed back n forth, & maybe a few extra fun shots we might think "spur of the moment". Coordinating family shots first to get them back to the reception area to mingle is key. Then we get the wedding party, & lastly just the happy Married Couple. Some wedding couples are unique & choose to opt out of the typically standard ways. We can tweak these ideas & timing during "pre-wedding planning".
Wedding Reception: Once we are done with the cocktail hour, I set up waiting for the wedding party to enter/be announced. Taking table shots of guests, couples, etc. During the reception you may have some special things going on & I am there to capture all aspects of this time. Every couple is different, every wedding is different. Some may opt out of the normal things. We go through all this many times prior to your wedding day. Some ideas are thrown around about doing special wedding couple shots during this time as well. Keep this in mind when we discuss what images are important or want to incorporate into the day at this time if time allows us. Timing? this is the time you have for your reception & is designed/personalized to what you want photographed & what I see happening at the moment. I may have spur of the moment ideas I may through at you during your day.
